Changing of The Seasons

Well it has being almost 12 months since I posted a Blog here. A great 12 months it has been too.

In the last 12 months I got married, had my first kid (well my wife did), moved to Noosa Heads in Queensland, went Diamond in my Network Marketing company hitting 7 figures in residual annual income and got pregnant again (well my wife did). So it has been a busy but awesome 12 months and the next 12 months look to be even busier and even more awesome. It is a great feeling living life on your terms.

The next 12 months I promise to be more consistent with my Deck Chair Blog posts as I know how much you guys love reading them and the value you get from them in your business. I have been getting weekly requests for more posts so finally I shot this video below and decided to get them back up here where they can help so many people. But first let me show you my last 12 months.

This video talks about the changing of the seasons. You may have heard Jim Rohn famously talk about this or even Tony Robins. They talk about it being the best advice they have ever received from their mentors when they look back over the years at the bigger picture and I would have to say I agree. It is some of the best advice I ever got also.

When your young you think that the good times will last forever. When you first make money you think it will last forever so lets go crazy with this new found cash flow. When your going through bad times in life or business its hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel sometimes and you don’t think you can get through it.

Well it is important to know that as long as you have the mindset and the education you will get through your hard times. You will get through the winter months. It is equally important to know that you need to be humble and smart during your summer harvest because that to will not last forever. As long as you know this principal you will always be ok. It’s true that you can’t change the seasons, but you can change yourself. You can ride through the winter no problems by setting yourself up through the summer harvest season.

I will be doing a detailed talk on this subject and telling my story of winter and summer seasons throughout my journey in Sydney in a few weeks. But here is a summary of how it works and what you need to know.

WARNING – You need to watch this video. If it was the best advice that legends like Tony Robins and Jim Rohn got it must be a good message. It is certainly the best advice I ever got and I practice it today going through my very lucrative summer harvest season. Don’t worry – I have being through some very cold winters, but I had the mindset to push through until the opportunity of Spring came again. My whole Entrepreneurial life has being waiting for this summer harvest season. Knowing this information made sure I didn’t waste it.
